Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules, responsibilities, and risk disclosures that apply when you use VTX Macro.
Last updated: June 25, 2026
Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of VTX Macro, a trading analysis and automation platform operated by DataDoesYou LLC. By using VTX Macro, you agree to these terms.
If you use VTX Macro on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Eligibility And Accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with all applicable laws to use VTX Macro. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, sessions, connected providers, exchange credentials, and local runtime environment.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and profiles, including automated activity initiated through client-mode or server-mode trading workflows.
Trading Risk
Trading digital assets, derivatives, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk, including the risk of loss. Past performance, leaderboard results, backtests, prompts, or AI outputs do not guarantee future results.
VTX Macro does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI outputs, configuring risk controls, deciding whether to trade, and monitoring any automated execution.
AI Outputs And Automation
AI models can produce incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable outputs. Market data, provider availability, exchange APIs, local runtimes, and network conditions can also fail or behave unexpectedly.
You agree that you are responsible for validating settings, reviewing logs and decisions, setting appropriate limits, and stopping automation when needed.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse VTX Macro, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, overload infrastructure, scrape non-public data, upload malicious content, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
You may not use VTX Macro in a way that violates exchange rules, provider terms, market regulations, sanctions, or any applicable law.
Third-Party Services
VTX Macro integrates with third-party providers, including exchanges, model providers, market data providers, payment processors, hosting services, analytics tools, and community platforms. We do not control those services.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms, policies, fees, limits, outages, and data practices.
Billing And Changes
Paid features, credits, usage limits, or billing terms may be described in the product or in related checkout flows. You are responsible for charges incurred through your account unless otherwise required by law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, limits, or the service as needed to operate VTX Macro, respond to risk, comply with law, or improve the product.
Intellectual Property
VTX Macro, including its software, design, documentation, brand, and product content, is owned by DataDoesYou LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content and configuration you provide, subject to the rights needed for us to operate, secure, display, and improve the platform.
Disclaimers And Liability
VTX Macro is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataDoesYou LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uptime, and error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataDoesYou LLC will not be liable for lost profits, trading losses, data loss, indirect damages, special damages, consequential damages, or losses caused by third-party services, market events, model outputs, exchange behavior, or user configuration.
Termination
You may stop using VTX Macro at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these terms, creates risk, harms the platform, or is required by law.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, payment obligations, and dispute-related terms.
